• 58% on all minimum charge shipments
• 58% of the gross revenue of an additional shipment provided they are not billed as one shipment or a stop off charge (Note:  if a contractor picks-up two shipments from point "A" and both shipments deliver to the same facility, they will be billed as one shipment.)

12' TO 16' STRAIGHT TRUCKS - C UNITS
 

• 58% of gross revenue
• 58% on all minimum charge shipments
• 58% of the gross revenue of an additional shipment provided they are not billed as one shipment or a stop off charge (Note:  if a contractor picks-up two shipments from point "A" and both shipments deliver to the same facility, they will be billed as one shipment.)

18' TO 26' STRAIGHT TRUCKS - D UNITS

• 73% of billed gross revenue

• $100.00 for minimum charge shipments

• 73% of billed gross revenue for multiple shipments provided they are not billed as one pickup (Note:  if contractor picks-up two deliveries from point "A" and both shipments deliver to the same facility, they will be billed as one shipment.)

• 73% of billable detention time when carrier received payment.

TRACTOR TRAILERS - E UNITS

• 73% of billed gross revenue for a full trailer load.

• $1.20 per mile for less than trailer load.

• $1.30 per mile on round trip shipments.

• $140.00 for minimum charge shipments.

• 80% on backhaul shipments.

• 73% of billable detention time when carrier receives payment.
