PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
 

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid CDL with H endorsement
• Driving record must meet D.O.T. and CTX requirements
• Able to pass D.O.T. and CTX physical and drug standards
• Able to complete standard D.O.T. testing package

• D.O.T. physical every two years

• Regular 90 day vehicle inspections

• Random drug testing
